Turnaround time
Current turnaround time is 5-10 days, depending on availability of materials. If I have to order in gemstones or materials that are out of stock, it may take 2-3 weeks for completion of the order.

Working hand-in-hand with customers to create a design is an exciting developmental journey that brings us closer together. I'm open to hearing your preferences and favourites, and will take them into account when creating a design according to the Jewellery Haven signature style.
Do note, though, that I respect the originality of other jewellery designers, and try to avoid 'copying' styles. The customers whom I have worked with are often fans of my signature style and trust my direction as I turn their favourite gemstones and colours into a piece that they can call their own. Share with me what you have in mind, and we can work something out together!
