Shipping policy

The time that I need to prepare an order for shipping can vary.

Orders are shipped out within 1-3 working days, upon payment. 

Local orders are sent out using Smartpac by Singpost. All international orders are shipped out by FedEx courier (3-5 working days delivery).

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the custom clearance.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
